When work at home employers know that they can depend on you and you can build a good relationship with them, then you have a really good thing. There is no trying to impress them with anything about you but your work and meeting your deadlines.

Work at home employers usually want to see an example of your work. They will judge you on the quality of the example and determine your abilities to complete the work that they need. Work at home employers might give you a sample project to complete so they can verify your skills. They will not judge you based on what you look like. You don’t have to go through the stress of an interview and make sure you have a suit pressed and ready to go. You can interview in your pajamas if you want to.

Work at home employers allow flexibility of a job. Some employers want you to be working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but that is rare. Most work at home employers send you the workload, give you their expectations, and let you go at your pace. As long as they are receiving quality work, they are happy. Work at home employers are not strict, they are flexible, and just want quality work done on time from a reliable person.
